What's the point of a life coach?

Having a coach is like having your own 3rd party mediator with life and relationships and experiences. We are all so similar and essentially the same at our core. We all have pain and trauma but we don’t all understand it.

We don’t know why or how we have developed these patterns and personalities. A coach is a person who has decided to take that on, to do that work, to make their pain their passion and gather knowledge and understanding.

They are doing the work to lay the foundation so that others can jump on the path and have a little light on the way. To find a better way.

The value of a coach is not having to do all the heavy lifting. Having someone who understands and resonates and has been through it and still found a way to live an abundantly happy life.

A coach can help navigate the tough emotions, uncover why we have them, possibly where they are coming from.

The value of a coach is being able to be called out on your shit from love and acceptance and understanding and non judgment, so that you can change your trajectory and get out of your own way.

The value of having a coach is that you have someone that you can trust and be safe with and be vulnerable with so that you can get to the core of who you really are, what you really desire and how you are creating the reality that you are currently experiencing.

The value of a coach is having someone that understands your emotions yet doesn’t take them on. They see you and hear you. A coach can help navigate the tough emotions, uncover why we have them, possibly where they are coming from. A coach can bring to light the pain that is hiding in the shadows and keeping us a slave to our emotions.

The value is in the subtle shifts that your coach can facilitate that creates a huge shift in your paradigms.

The value is in the journey and the dedication that you make with your coach. The willingness to walk with you into the dark places, unafraid.
